Another Way?

LEFTIST LATIN AMERICA: News Break -- Bush and Lula Talk Alternative Energy

Boy is that G-8 meeting shaping up to be a memorable gathering of world leaders. This tidbit emerged early yesterday morning when President Bush and President Lula of Brasil appeared, for all of four minutes, to laugh about collaborating on alternative sources of energy.

Quote from Bush, "And so, Mr. President, welcome. You're looking good. You're looking good."

Seriously, Argentina as a model for alternative energies? Did he mix them up with their neighbor to the north? Becuase Brasil's reliance on foreign oil has dropped significantly in the last 20 years. They may have choked at the World Cup, but energywise, they certainly seems to know what's going on.
