Odd: NYI Editor in Chief

Only the Editor-in-Chief of The New York Inquirer edits all those staff writers who don't edit themselves. This has raised the question among readers, who edits the Editor-in-Chief? If the Editor-in-Chief edits himself, then he doesn't only edit those who don't edit themselves. If he doesn't edit himself, then he isn't the Editor-in-Chief.
